Playgroup to Reception (1year - 4years)

Our Early Years Center lays the foundation for future leaders. From the earliest part of this stage, the children are grounded in the word of God and positive confessions.

The Nursery school runs an adaptation of the Montessori Method of education, giving the children the opportunity to discover through exploration of the well-prepared environment.

Their Numeracy and Literacy skills are also exceptional as all the domains of learning are affected by the activities they are involved in. Reading is built on such systematic skills as derived from phonics. This makes it possible for the maximal development of their reading skill, by the end of the children’s programme in Reception. Our instructional materials make room for the tactile involvement of the children through the use of modern and effective word/sentence-building materials including games.

The children’s skills in all the other facets (colours, verbal communication, care of self/the environment, sorting, comparing; size, music, scribbling, and writing) are helped to develop maximally.

This is under the watchful eyes of the passionate facilitators. The fun-based hands-on activities for each day help them learn the essentials for their level giving adequate preparation for the primary stage.
